If you experience a workplace injury and feel you should be compensated for it, you need to call Kathleen. I had a ACL and MCL replacement, a meniscus repair and dealt with a fractured bone in my knee. Kathy was awesome to work with. She was always prompt in returning my call. They say 24 to 48 hours on the return call but I never waited that long. I always had my answer on the same day. I had to do ABSOLUTELY nothing as Kathy handled every single aspect of my case.
